6.37 ME-7 and 6.35 Custom v18 CFW updates from Neur0n

Neur0n has another set of updates for his 6.35 Custom Firmware and 6.37 ME Custom Firmwares. 6.35 Custom v18, which adds PS1 Document.dat support and a plugin manager at the VSH menu. Remember this only for PSP-2000 models that aren’t TA-88v3′s and can take a Pandora (Tool) Battery

6.35 Custom Firmware v18 changelog:
